ITGL and ISN to operate as Conscia from 1st October

Tuesday, 26th August 2025. ITGL and ISN, two of the UK’s leading digital consultancies and providers of cyber security, collaboration, and networking solutions, announce their intention to begin operating jointly as Conscia from 1st October 2025.

In February 2024, ITGL was acquired by Conscia Group – a European provider of mission-critical IT infrastructure – as part of Conscia’s ongoing ambition of becoming a pan-European leader in these spaces and to establish a strong UK presence. ITGL subsequently acquired ISN in February 2025, strengthening its capabilities further and ensuring that the combined organisation was fully equipped to meet the needs of new and existing clients.

Following the integration of ITGL and ISN, it is now our intention to bring both parties together under the Conscia brand from 1st October 2025. We are announcing this planned change in advance, to ensure that our intentions are clear and unambiguous for our clients and the wider UK market. This move will see the two organisations working as a single company – formally known as Conscia Group UK Ltd, and trading as Conscia – with a Company Registration Number (CRN) of 07902312. This change will occur on 30th September 2025, so that the organisation can begin trading as Conscia on 1st October.

Conscia Group has built a strong reputation across Europe as highly qualified digital consultancy, providing secure managed services to organisations across ten countries.

This update represents a major milestone and a positive step for all of us and has been carefully considered to ensure that there will be no negative impacts on any existing services or relationships. It also creates significant opportunity for existing
clients and partners as the wealth of expertise and resource within Conscia Group helps us to broaden and deepen the services and portfolio we can offer in the UK.
