ITGL named supplier on two new technology frameworks supporting the public sector and higher education

Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 3 (NS3) framework (RM6116)

ITGL has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 3 (NS3) framework (RM6116). As a successor to the popular Network Services 2 framework, the NS3 agreement caters to central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, and devolved administrations. This expansive scope enables ITGL to deliver an extensive range of digital technology services, designed for the specific needs of the client, under the following categories:

Lot 2a – Intra Site Connectivity (Local Area Network) / Local Connectivity Services	Provision of single site connectivity services, including local area networks (LANs) for seamless interconnectivity.
Lot 3a – IoT and Smart Cities (Smart shared and connected spaces)	Provision of solutions related to smart technologies, smart shared and connected spaces, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Lot 3b – Communication Platform as a Service	Provision of software and hardware integration services, enabling seamless interfacing of your applications with the communications suite through APIs.
Lot 4b – Digital Communication Services (Unified Communications)	Provision of efficient and unified communication channels.
Lot 4c – Contact Centre Solutions	Enhanced contact centre management with automation and queuing to multiple answering points.
Lot 4e – Paging & Alerting	Provision of a range of paging and mobile messaging services, providing users with tone, numeric or word-based alerts.
